Another view of the bay from a bench at Island Park. Is this a pleasant view or what?

It is indeed most intersting that this most valuable asset to the City has been effectively deeded over to an individual to operate as a profitable business on "our" bayfront.
And the numbers! There are "sweet heart" deals and then there is the Marina Jack lease.
It is interesting that folks so concerned about an unattended sailboat moored in the Bayfront could and have ignored this commerical blight uopn "our" pristine bayfront to accommodate some fancy yatchs who pay Jack fifty bucks a foot to park there.
Meanwhile, public parking has all but been crowed out if half the stories I hear are true.
